It is amazing how quickly the years go by now. We have been here now over 5 years, and who would have thought that we would still be here. As we arrived here i never thought that we would end up with so many animals, but it was not by choice, it just happened.

I wish for the future that we will continue to be as happy as we are now, and a little health and luck cant be wrong.

For all my readers i wish a VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR FILLED WITH HEALTH WEALTH AND HAPPINESS.

Well, what can i say. Rain, rain and more rain here in the mountains today with only 17°

What a day.  After the lovely weather the last few days, we woke this morning to black sky, clouds and very high humidity with 20°.

This little girl followed us quite a way this morning at some distance.  I left her some food as she looked so thin.  Poor mouse. I could not catch her she was too shy.

Hot and sunny here in the mountains with blue sky and 25°. Unfortunatly im pretty ko at the moment, my bateries are running on empty.  So i will just rest and hope im back to being fit tomorrow.

Another dream day here in the mountains.  Blue sky with sunshine and 22°.  The clouds from this morning have gone and we can enjoy the day.

Well, we are being spoiled by the weather.  We have sunshine, blue sky but its hazy.  The temperature lies by 22° which has brought the people out of their houses and up to the Finca Osorio to collect the remaining mushrooms.

At last, the wind has stopped howling around our ears, and we have had a lovely day here in the mountains with sunshine and blue sky.  Now and then the clouds covered the sun, but not for long.  Let´s see what will be tomorrow.

The islands are under a cover of clouds, but here in Teror we have cought a hole in the thick mass and are enjoying blue sky with sunshine, heavy winds but 21°

Since living here on the Island, i have become aware of what is important to me.  Christmas is the time for family, love and forgiveness. It is not the time for consumer stress and hectic.  Try this Christmas to see it all a little more relaxed.  Spend time with your family and dont forget to tell them how much you love them, it is the best present you can give.  Also spend some time forgiving those who have done you wrong, becaus if you keep carrying this hurt and hatred with you, it festers inside and steals you the time to be happy.  Time is precious and to short so take a step towards being a happier person.

So, Enjoy your family fest and dont let anything rob you of the time together.

Well, just in time for Christmas eve, the weather changed from horrible to sunshine, blue sky a few clouds and wind with 20°. Unbelievable how quickly it changes here.
