Hi Pat
The Palmitos Park had only let loose some of the Birds, all other Animals stayed in their compounds and the owners of the Park say they all survived. We (some friends and i) only went into the mountains to feed ans try to save some of the animals that were running free like dogs, cats of farmanimlas. Unfortunatly, a lot of the Animals perished in the fire.
The Zoological leader keeps me updated in my German Blog on what is happening in the Park. So any question you have, let me know and ill translate.
Mogan was hit quite badly as some of the houses burnt to the ground and left the owners facing nothing. Puerto Mogan was not affected, and is still as beautiful as ever.
We here on the Island were aktually very lucky that no lives had been lost due to the fire. Unfortunatly in Greece it is not so.
Sunny greetings from Teror
Julsko
