What on earth has gotten into the courts over here????

For some time now i have been keeping my eye on a case, in which a little 5 year old girl has become a plaything of her biolocical mother.  This woman had given up her daughter for adoption some years ago, and the child was lucky enough to find adoptiv parents 3 years ago.  The little girl was living with her new parents on Tenerife.
